fa اثربخشی برنامه مداخلات روان‌شناختی با ربات هوشمند بر مراقبت‌های خوب جنسی کودکان دبستانی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong>مقدمه</strong>: سوء&shy; استفاده جنسی از کودکان مسئله مهم با عواقب شدید است که برنامه‌های آموزش مراقبت از خود، آگاهی، دانش و مهارت کودک در برابر از سوء&shy;<span dir="LTR">&shy; </span>استفاده جنسی افزایش می‌دهد.<br> <strong>هدف</strong>: هدف پژوهش حاضر اثربخشی برنامه مداخلات روان‌شناختی با ربات هوشمند بر مراقبت‌های خوب جنسی کودکان دبستانی بود.<br> <strong>روش</strong>: پژوهش حاضر مطالعه نیمه آزمایشی، پیش و پس‌آزمون همراه با مورد شاهد بود. در این پژوهش نمونه آماری از این جامعه، نمونه‌ای مشتمل بر ۸۰ کودک ۱۲-۸ ساله در سال تحصیلی ۹۸-۱۳۹۷ به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی انتخاب و به روش تصادفی در گروه کنترل (۴۰ نفر، ۲۰ دختر و ۲۰ پسر) و گروه آزمایش (۴۰ نفر، ۲۰ دختر و ۲۰ پسر) تقسیم شدند. گروه آزمایش در برنامه مداخله روان‌شناختی با ربات در ۱۰ جلسه شرکت کردند، درحالی‌که گروه کنترل در این جلسات شرکت نداشت. ابزار استفاده&shy;‌ شده در این پژوهش پرسشنامه بومی‌ شده سنجش دانش و آگاهی کودکان از سوء استفاده جنسی طحان، افروز و بوالهری (۱۳۹۸) بود. اطلاعات به‌ دست ‌آمده در مراحل پیش‌آزمون، پس‌آزمون و پیگیری با استفاده از تحلیل کوواریانس و اندازه‌گیری مکرر با نرم‌افزار </span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span dir="LTR">spss</span></span><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> نسخه ۲۵ تجزیه‌ و تحلیل شدند.<strong><span style="font-family:B Zar;"></span></strong><br> <strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> نتایج نشان داد مداخله روان‌شناختی با ربات هوشمند بر مراقبت‌های خوب جنسی کودکان تأثیر مثبتی داشته است (۰/۰۱></span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;">P</span><span style="font-family:Tahoma;">). همچنین آموزش مراقبت های جنسی بر دانش افزایی کودکان در تشخیص لمس مناسب موثر بوده است (۰/۰۱></span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;">P</span><span style="font-family:Tahoma;">).<span style="font-family:B Zar;"></span><br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> مداخلات روان‌شناختی با ربات بر مراقبت‌های خوب جنسی کودکان مؤثر است و می‌تواند به عنوان یک روش درمانی مورد توجه مشاوران، روانشناسان و مسئولین قرار گیرد.<span style="font-family:B Zar;"></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><strong>Introduction</strong><strong><span dir="RTL">:</span></strong> Child sexual abuse is a serious issue with serious consequence. Self-care education programs can improve children&rsquo;s awareness, knowledge, and skills to defend themselves against sexual abuse<span dir="RTL"></span><br> <strong>Aim</strong>: The purpose of this study was to effectiveness of the program of psychological intervention with smart robot on good sexual care of primary school children<span dir="RTL">.</span><br> <strong>Method</strong>: The study was carried out as a quasi-experimental study with pretest and posttest design and a control group. The sample group consisted of 80 students (8-12 years old) in 2019 year, who were selected through cluster random sampling and randomly allocated to control groups (20 girls and 20 boys) and experiment groups (20 girls and 20 boys). The experiment groups attended a psychological intervention program with a robot in 10 sessions. The control group received no intervention. The tool used in the study was an endogenized questionnaire by Lezli Tuti (1995) to measure knowledge and awareness of children about sexual abuse. The questionnaire was filled out for the participants in pretest, posttest, and follow-up stages. The collected data was analyzed using repeated measures ANCOVA in SPSS (v.25).<br> <strong>Results</strong>: The results showed that psychological intervention with a smart robot had a positive effect on good sexual care of children (P <0.01). In addition, the sexual care was effective in increasing knowledge of the children to tell a good touch (P<0.01).<br> <strong>Conclusion</strong>: Psychological intervention using a robot was an effective way to improve sexual care in children.
