fa اثربخشی گروه درمانی مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر حافظه سرگذشتی نمونه های غیر بالینی افراد افسرده تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p>یکی از مشکلات شناختی ای که افراد افسرده با آن مواجهه هستند و باعث تداوم و عود نشانه های افسردگی است، بیش کلی گرایی خاطرات سرگذشتی است. هدف از مطالعه حاضر بررسی اثربخشی گروه درمانی مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر بهبود این متغیر شناختی بود. روش پژوهش حاضر از نوع نیمه آزمایشی پیش آزمون-پس آزمون همراه با گروه کنترل بود. نمونه مورد نظر شامل 10نفر در گروه آزمایش و 8 نفر در گروه کنترل بود که گروه آزمایش به مدت 8 جلسه ی 2ساعته تحت درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد به صورت گروهی قرار گرفتند. ابزارهای مورد استفاده در این پژوهش، پرسشنامه افسردگی بک و آزمون حافظه سرگذشتی &nbsp;بود. نتایج حاصل از تحلیل کوواریانس حاکی از افزایش نمره اختصاصی حافظه سرگذشتی &nbsp;و کاهش زمان واکنش به حافظه سرگذشتی در گروه آزمایش بود. با توجه به یافته های پژوهش حاضر و ارائه&nbsp; تبیین های نظری و پژوهشی مرتبط با نتایج گروه درمانی مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد به عنوان یک روش درمانی اثر بخش در زمینه حافظه سرگذشتی افراد افسرده توصیه می گردد.</p> <p>Overgeneralization in autobiographical memories is one of the cognitive problems that depressed people are facing and cause of persistence and recurrence of depression. The aim of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of acceptance and commitment group therapy on autobiographical memory to improving the autobiographical memory<span dir="RTL">.</span> The research method was quasi-experimental, pretest-posttest with control group. The sample consisted of 10 people in the experimental group and the control group was 8<span dir="RTL">.</span> The experimental group for 8 sessions (per session 2 hours<span dir="RTL">(</span> manipulated with acceptance and commitment group therapy. The tools used in this study include Beck Depression Inventory and autobiographical memory test. The results of analysis of covariance showed increased scores in autobiographical memory and reduces reaction time in autobiographical memory in the test group.
