fa بررسی وضعیت رضایت جنسی در مردان متأهل شهر سنندج در سال 1399 تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong>مقدمه:</strong> فعالیت جنسی و رضایت حاصل از آن یکی از ویژگی‌های مهم زندگی زناشویی است؛ که توجه به آن، می‌تواند بقا و سلامت خانواده را تضمین کند.<br> <strong>هدف:</strong> با توجه به نقش مهم مردان در رضایت جنسی زناشویی و تمرکز بیشتر مطالعات پیشین بر رضایت جنسی زنان، مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین وضعیت رضایت جنسی مردان متأهل شهر سنندج در سال ۱۳۹۹ انجام شد.<br> <strong>روش: </strong>این پژوهش یک مطالعه از نوع توصیفی- مقطعی است که در بازه زمانی سال ۱۳۹۸ تا ۱۳۹۹ انجام شد. جامعه مورد مطالعه کلیه مردان متأهل شهر سنندج بودند که به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی سیستماتیک در سال ۱۳۹۸ وارد مطالعه شدند. ابزار جمع‌آوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه رضایت جنسی لارسون بود که روایی آن توسط متخصصان و پایایی آن با آلفای کرونباخ ۰/۷&nbsp;تائید شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها توسط نرم‌افزار </span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span dir="LTR">SPSS</span>&nbsp;</span><span style="font-family:Tahoma;">نسخه ۲۰ و با روش‌های آنالیز توصیفی از جمله میانگین، انحراف معیار و درصد فروانی نسبی انجام شد.<span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"></span></span><br> <strong>یافته‌&shy;ها: </strong>میانگین سنی افراد مورد مطالعه ۴/۵۵&plusmn;۳۳/۸۶ سال بود. بیشترین میزان مربوط به سطوح رضایت جنسی، سطح متوسط با (۵۳/۹) درصد و کمترین میزان در سطح عدم رضایت جنسی با (۱/۴) درصد، در مشارکت‌کنندگان مورد مطالعه بود. همچنین میانگین و انحراف معیار رضایت جنسی مردان متأهل شهر سنندج ۶/۲۸ &plusmn; ۷۱/۰۲ برآورد شد.<span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"></span></span><br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری: </strong>با توجه به اینکه نتایج میزان رضایت جنسی مردان را در سطح کم تا متوسط نشان داد، پیشنهاد می‌شود که برنامه‌ها و مداخله‌های آموزشی لازم برای افزایش آگاهی مردان متأهل از روابط جنسی رضایت بخش از سوی مراکز مشاوره سلامت جنسی در نظر گرفته شود.</span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><strong>Introduction:</strong> Sexual activity and the resulting satisfaction are among the major features of marital life, paying due attention to which will probably guarantee family survival and health.<br> <strong>Aim:</strong> Given the important role of men in marital sexual satisfaction and the focus of previous studies on sexual satisfaction among women, the aim of present study was to investigate the status of sexual satisfaction among married men in Sanandaj in 2020.<br> <strong>Method:</strong> The present descriptive cross-sectional study was conducted within the period of 2019-2020. The statistical population included all married men in Sanandaj, who entered the present study and were selected via systematic random sampling in 2019. The data collection tool was the <em>Larson&rsquo;s Sexual Satisfaction Questionnaire,</em> the validity of which had been already confirmed by experts, with its reliability having been confirmed by the Cronbach&rsquo;s alpha of 0.7. Data were analyzed by SPSS Statistics version 20 using descriptive analysis methods, including the mean, standard deviation, and relative frequency percentage.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The participants mean age was 33.86 &plusmn; 4.55. Besides, the majority of the men reported poor (43.1%) and moderate (53.9) sexual satisfaction. Furthermore, the mean and standard deviation of sexual satisfaction in the married men in Sanandaj were estimated at 71.02 &plusmn; 6.28.<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> The results indicate poor to moderate levels of sexual satisfaction in men.
