Introduction: working links is one of the favorite issues for consultants and researchers in the fields of organizational behavior and human resources in recent years. Due to its role in developing and maintaining productivity of human capacity and increase the productivity of their human capital involvement Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of Occupational resource and quality of work life on working links of physical education teachers in Kurdistan province Method: Design of the study was cross sectional. Population of the study was all physical education teachers of schools in Kurdistan provinces. Based on Morgan Table, 274 out 929 Were selected by stratified random sampling Instrument used in this study was Job resources by Baker (2014) , work life quality by Walton(1973) and working links What links by Shvfly and Salvnza(2003) also data was analyzed by SPSS-22 and Smart PLS-20 . Results: The findings of this study revealed that job resources and quality of working life have significant relationship with working links of teachers. It appears that job resources has highest impact on working links. In addition, it was found that job resources directly and indirectly through the quality of working life Influence the working links of physical education teachers. Conclusion: based on the findings of this study, attention to career resources and quality of work life that influence the working links can help to have dynamic, healthy and happy schools
