fa بررسی رابطه اختلالات شخصیت و بهره هوشی در مجرمین قتل عمد ارجاع شده به سازمان پزشکی قانونی خراسان رضوی در سال‌های 1398-1397 تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong>مقدمه: </strong>قتل عمد از جمله جرائمی است که با توسل به پرخاشگری صورت می‌گیرد.<br> <strong>هدف:</strong> پژوهش حاضر، با هدف بررسی رابطه اختلالات شخصیت و بهره هوشی در مجرمین قتل عمد ارجاع شده به سازمان پزشکی قانونی خراسان رضوی در سال‌های ۱۳۹۸-۱۳۹۷ انجام شد.<br> <strong>روش:</strong> این مطالعه توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش کلیه زندانیان قتل عمد مراجعه ‌کننده به سازمان پزشکی قانونی خراسان رضوی در سال‌های ۱۳۹۸-۱۳۹۷ را تشکیل دادند که از میان آن‌ها ۱۰۵ نفر به ‌صورت نمونه‌گیری در دسترس شرکت کردند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها، آزمون بالینی&nbsp;چند محوری&nbsp;میلون (میلون-۳) و آزمون ماتریس‌های&nbsp;پیشرونده ریون بزرگسالان بود. یافته‌ها با نرم افزار </span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span dir="LTR">SPSS</span></span><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> نسخه ۲۱ در دو بخش آمار توصیفی و استنباطی تجزیه و تحلیل شد.<span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> ضرایب همبستگی بین بهره هوشی با اختلالات شخصیت نشان داد که از بین انواع اختلالات شخصیت، بین اختلال شخصیت ضداجتماعی با بهره هوشی رابطه منفی و معناداری وجود دارد (</span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;">p</span><span style="font-family:Tahoma;">=۰/۰۱، </span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;">r</span><span style="font-family:Tahoma;">=-۰/۲۴).<br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> بر اساس نتایج به دست آمده می‌توان گفت که بیشتر زندانیان قتل عمد، مرد، متأهل، سیکل، مبتلا به اختلال شخصیت ضداجتماعی و افت قوای هوشی در حد هوش ‌بهر مرزی بودند که این متغیرها می‌توانند نقش تعیین‌کننده در ایجاد جرم و جنایت داشته باشند؛ بنابراین لازم است در تدوین سیاست جنایی استان توجه ویژه‌ای به این موارد به همراه ارائه خدمات روان‌شناختی معطوف گردد.</span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><strong>Introduction:</strong> Intentional homicide is one of the crimes committed by resorting to aggression. <span dir="RTL"></span><br> <strong>Aim:</strong> The purpose of this study was to investigating the relationship between Personality disorders and intelligence quotient in offenders of intention homicide referred to the Khorasan Razavi Forensic Medicine Organization in 2018-2020.<span dir="RTL"></span><br> <strong>Method:</strong> This is a descriptive correlational study. The statistical population of the study consisted of all intentional homicide offenders referred to the Khorasan Razavi Forensic Medicine Organization in the years 2018-2020, of which 105 people participated in this study as available samples. Data collection tools were the Millon Clinical Multiaxial Inventory (MCMI-III)&nbsp;and the Raven&#39;s Standard Progressive Matrices (SPM). The findings were analyzed with SPSS 21 software in two sections: descriptive and inferential statistics.<span dir="RTL"></span><br> <strong>Results:</strong> Correlation coefficients between intelligence quotient and personality disorders showed that among the personality disorders, antisocial personality disorder with intelligence quotient was negative and significant relationship (p = 0.01, r =- 0.24).<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> Based on the results, it can be said that most of the offenders of intention homicide, male, married, cycle, with antisocial personality disorder and loss of intelligence to the extent of borderline intelligence, these variables can play a decisive role in crime.
