fa مقایسه ی هوش اجتماعی و همدلی با بیمار در دانشجویان پزشکی ایران و انگلستان: یک مطالعه ی میان فرهنگی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL"><strong>مقدمه: </strong>هوش اجتماعی و همدلی پزشک با بیمار از عوامل موثر در کیفیت ارائه ی خدمات پزشکی به بیماران محسوب&nbsp;می گردند. از سوی دیگر این متغیرها تحت تاثیر فرهنگ بوده و جلوه ها و مظاهر گوناگونی در فرهنگهای مختلف دارند که توجه به آنها در برقراری ارتباط مناسب پزشک &ndash;بیمار تاثیرگذار است.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>هدف:</strong> پژوهش حاضر با هدف مقایسه ی هوش اجتماعی و همدلی با بیمار در دانشجویان پزشکی ایران و انگلستان و بررسی رابطه ی این دو متغیر باهم انجام گرفت.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>روش </strong>: جامعه ی آماری شامل دانشجویان پزشکی دانشگاههای شهرهای تهران، لندن و شفیلد بود که نمونه ای شامل182 دانشجو از دو کشور ( 88 دانشجوی ایرانی، 94 دانشجوی انگلیسی) با روش در دسترس از آن انتخاب شدند. داده ها با&nbsp;استفاده از پرسشنامه های مقیاس هوش اجتماعی ترومسو (2001)، مقیاس تجدیدنظرشده ی همدلی با بیمار در دانشجویان ارائه دهنده خدمات سلامتی جفرسون (2001) و پرسشنامه ی مشخصات جمعیت شناختی محقق ساخته جمع آوری گردیدند. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از آزمونهای <span dir="LTR">t</span> استودنت و تحلیل واریانس چندمتغییری (<span dir="LTR">MANOVA</span>) استفاده شد.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>یافته ها: </strong>نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که بین هوش اجتماعی و همدلی دانشجویان پزشکی رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد (<span dir="LTR">R=0/37, P<0/01</span>). &nbsp;همچنین نتایج تحلیل واریانس چند متغیری نشان داد که در هوش اجتماعی مولفه های آگاهی اجتماعی و مهارت های اجتماعی دانشجویان ایرانی بیشتر از دانشجویان انگلیسی است. اما در مولفه ی پردازش اطلاعات اجتماعی باهم تفاوتی نشان نداند. در متغیر همدلی مولفه های مراقبت همدلانه و خود را به جای بیمار نهادن در دانشجویان ایرانی بالاتر از دانشجویان انگلیسی بود. اما در مولفه ی اتخاذ دیدگاه با هم تفاوتی نداشتند.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>نتیجه گیری:&nbsp; </strong>بر اساس نتایج این پژوهش می توان به اهمیت تاثیرات و تفاوتهای فرهنگی بر بروز و تظاهرعوامل شخصیتی مانند هوش اجتماعی و توانایی همدلی پزشک با بیمار پی برد.</p> <p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; -ms-text-justify: kashida; text-kashida: 0%;"><b><span font-size:="" lang="EN" mso-ansi-language:="" mso-bidi-language:="" mso-fareast-font-family:="" new="" style="font-family: " times=""><font color="#000000">Introduction:</font></span></b><span font-size:="" lang="EN" mso-ansi-language:="" mso-bidi-language:="" mso-fareast-font-family:="" new="" style="font-family: " times=""><font color="#000000"> social intelligence and physician empathy with patients considered as two effective factors in the quality of medical services. Multivariate analysis also showed that the two subscales of social intelligence including social awareness and social skills in Iranian students were higher than English students. But in social information processing component there is no difference between two groups. The compassionate care and Standing in the Patient&rsquo;s Shoes are to components of empathy which was higher in Iranian students rather than English students.
