fa واکاوی تجارب زیسته اقدام به خودکشی در زنان: یک مطالعه داده بنیاد Analyzing the lived experiences of suicide attempt in women: A study of grounded theory تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research مقدمه: خودکشی یکی از مهمترین آسیبهای اجتماعی است که امروزه  با توجه به پیچیدهتر شدن تعاملات اجتماعی به صورت فزایندهای در حال گسترش است و زندگی و سلامت افراد و خانوادهها را تحت تاثیر قرار میدهد. هدف: ﻫﺪف پژوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿـﺮ، واکاوی  تجارب زیسته و کشف ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﻣﺆﺛﺮ ﺑﺮ اقدام به خودکشی در زنان ﺑﻮد.  روش: روش این پژوهش نظریه زمینهای از نوع کیفی بود. جامعه این پژوهش شامل کلیه زنان متاهل اقدام کننده  به خودکشی استان کهگیلویه و بویر احمد در دوسال گذشته  بود. از بین آنها 17 نفر به شیوه نمونهگیری ﻫﺪﻓﻤﻨﺪ و گلولهبرفی انتخاب شدند و بر اساس اصل اشباع،  مصاحبه عمیق و نیمه‌ساختار‌یافته انجام شد. برای تحلیل مصاحبه‌های انجام شده از روش تحلیل سیستماتیک استراوس و کوربن (1998) و سه روش کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی بهره گرفته شد. یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که بسترهای تعیین کننده و موثر بر اقدام به خودکشی در زنان شامل ابعاد فرهنگی، خانوادگی، اجتماعی، اقتصادی و روانشناختی بودند. بر اساس یافتههای پژوهش میتوان گفت که اقدام به خودکشی در زنان ریشه در عواملی مانند خشونت خانگی، بدعملکردی خانواده، بیتفاوتی عاطفی، مشکلات مالی، قیود و رسوم حاکم اجتماعی، آسیبپذیری فردی، بافت اجتماعی خانواده، محیط مساعد ارتکاب و سابقه خودزنی، آگاهی محدود و مهارت کم، سابقه اقدام قبلی، درماندگی و عزت نفس پایین، کنشهای رفتاری و هیجانی،  اجتناب و اعتراض، خشم و خشونت و پیامدهای فردی، اجتماعی، هنجاری، خانوادگی و روانشناختی دارد که به صورت یک مدل پارادایمی ارائه شدهاند. نتیجه گیری: شاخصهای موجود در هر یک از مولفه‌های طبقات فوق  به صورت زنجیری و به همراه مقولات دیگر میتواند به صورت علی، زمینه ساز و یا مداخله گر منجر به اقدام به خودکشی گردد. با استفاده از نتایج این پژوهش می توان زنان در معرض خودکشی و سایر آسیبهای اجتماعی را شناسایی و اقدامات پیشگیرانه و درمانی برای آنان تنظیم کرد.   Introduction: Suicide attempt is one of the most important social harms that affect the lives and health of individuals and families. Aim: The aim of the current research was the analysis of the lived experience of women who have attempted suicide. Method: The research method is qualitative and has been done using grounded theory method. The population of this study includes all women attempting suicide in Kohgiloyeh and Bouer Ahmad during the December 2022 to December 2024. The sampling framework was purposeful and snowball and the sampling continued until saturation was reached with 17 samples. Semi-structured interviews were used to collect data. The three-step recur method was used to analyze the interview data. Data were analyzed in three stages open coding, axial coding, and selective coding. Results:  Axial coding led to the production categories and sub-categories, which illustrate the casual and underlying condition, strategies and consequences of attempts suicide. The research findings showed that the most important suicide factors had social, cultural, econemic, family, and psychological nature among women in Kohgiloyeh and Bouyer Ahmad Province. Therefore, suicide attempts among these women are rooted in  domestic violence, poor performance of family, emotional indefference,financial problems, dominating social customs, individual vulnerablity, favorable conditions for suicide, self-injury background, inattention to self-growth, limited awareness, restricted life skills, precedent suicide attempt, low self-esteem, helplessness, emotional and behavioral actions, avoidance and objection, anger and violence, and individual social normal family, and psychological outcomes. Conclusion: The indicators within each of the aforementioned components, in conjunction with other categories, can act as casual, contextual, or interventions.
