fa آیا استرس اکسیداتیو عامل پنهان در نقص های شناختی کودکان با اختلال یادگیری خاص است؟: مروری سیستماتیک Is Oxidative Stress a Hidden Factor in Cognitive Deficits in Children with specific Learning disorder: A Systematic Review. تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research مقدمه: کودکان مبتلا به اختلالات یادگیری، نقص‌های حافظه و زبانی را نشان می‌دهند که می‌تواند مربوط به استرس اکسیداتیو باشد. هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی روابط احتمالی بین نقصهای شناختی و نشانگرهای استرس اکسیداتیو در کودکان مبتلا به اختلال یادگیری خاص به صورت مروری سیستماتیک بود. روش: مطالعه حاضر از نوع مروری سیستماتیک بود. بازه زمانی جستجوی مقالات به زبان فارسی و انگلیسی از ابتدای سال ٢٠٠٠ تا پایان مه سال ٢٠٢٥ بود که در پایگاههای <a name="_Hlk199089413">داده </a>(Science Direct، SID، WOS، PubMed، Scopus) و موتور جسـتجوی Scholar Google  صـورت پذیرفت. در طول فرآیند بررسی، کلمات کلیدی به شرح زیر استفاده شدند: ("استرس اکسیداتیو") و ("شناخت" یا "اختلال شناختی" ) و (" اختلال یادگیری " یا "نارساخوانی"یا " نارسانویس" یا "اختلال یادگیری ریاضی") و "آنتی اکسیدان"  در نهایت 7 مقاله مرتبط بر اسـاس معیارهای ورود و خروج ذکرشده و مورد برسی و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافتهها: یافتهها نشان داد که در مجموع مطالعات؛ 564 فرد دارای SLD با  596 فرد عادی مقایسه شدند. در کل 9 شاخص زیستی اکسیدان و 9 شاخص زیستی مرتبط با اکسیدانها مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. در اکسیدانها MDA، 3 بار مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته بود که در هر 3 مورد در گروه SLD  بالاتر بود. در شاخصهای زیستی آنتی اکسیدانها GPx، SOD  و CoQ10 هر کدام دو بار مورد بررسی قرار گرفته بودند که در همه موارد یافتهها نشان داد که گروه SLD مقادیر پایینتری نسبت به افرد عادی داشتند. <a name="_Hlk200351349">نتایج در مورد ارتباط شاخصهای مرتبط استرس اکسیداتیو و هوش و نمرههای آزمونهای مرتبط با </a>SLD ناهماهنگ بود. نتیجهگیری: نتایج نشان می‌دهد که برخی از شاخصهای استرس اکسیداتیو ممکن است به طور قابل توجهی با عملکرد شناختی و یادگیری در کودکان مبتلا به اختلالات یادگیری مرتبط باشد. <a name="_Hlk200351418">بنابراین بهتر است این شاخصها بیشتر مورد بررسی قرار گیرد تا بتوان از آنها به عنوان معیار معتبری برای ارزیابی درمان، تشخیص و یا حتی شدت </a>SLD بهرهمند شد.   Introduction: Children with learning disorders show memory and language deficits that may be related to oxidative stress. Objective: The aim of the present study was to investigate the possible relationships between cognitive deficits and oxidative stress markers in children with specific learning disorders through a systematic review. Method: The present study was a systematic review. The search period for articles in Persian and English was from the beginning of 2000 to the end of May 2025, which was conducted in databases (Science Direct, SID, WOS, PubMed, Scopus) and the Google Scholar search engine. During the review process, the following keywords were used: ("oxidative stress"), ("cognition" or "cognitive disorder"), ("learning disorder" or "dyslexia" or "mathematical learning disorder"), and "antioxidant". Finally, 7 relevant articles were selected based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria and were reviewed and analyzed. Results: The findings showed that in total, 564 individuals with SLD were compared with 596 normal individuals. A total of 9 oxidant biomarkers and 9 oxidant-related biomarkers were examined. Among oxidants, MDA was studied 3 times, and in all 3 cases it was higher in the SLD group. The antioxidant biomarkers GPx, SOD, and CoQ10 were each examined twice, and in all cases, the findings showed that the SLD group had lower values than normal individuals. Results regarding the association between oxidative stress-related indices and intelligence and test scores related to SLD were inconsistent. Conclusion: The results indicate that some indicators of oxidative stress may be significantly associated with cognitive and learning performance in children with learning disorders. Therefore, it is better to further investigate these indicators so that they can be used as valid criteria for evaluating treatment, diagnosis, or even the severity of SLD.   استرس اکسیداتیو، آنتی اکسیدان، شناخت، اختلالات یادگیری خاص، نارساخوانی.
