fa نقش قضا و قدر و اختیار انسان در بروز مشکلات روان‌شناختی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA">مقدمه:</span></b><span lang="AR-SA"> مسئله قضا و قدر همواره از مهم‌ترین مباحث در حوزه فلسفه، عرفان و کلام اسلامی و از بنیادی‌ترین مفاهیم مؤلفه‌های شناختی-فرهنگی بوده است‌. این موضوع نه‌تنها در فضای نظری و انتزاعی جایگاه ویژه‌ای دارد، بلکه تأثیر عمیقی بر درک انسان از هستی، سرنوشت و رابطه او با خداوند دارد‌. </span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA">هدف:</span></b><span lang="AR-SA"> بررسی تأثیر باور به قضا و قدر به عنوان جلوه</span><span lang="FA">‌</span><span lang="AR-SA">ای از علم الهی و میزان اختیار ادراک‌شده بر سلامت روان افراد است. </span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA">روش: </span></b><span lang="AR-SA">این مطالعه مرور سیستماتیک بر مبنای روش‌های استاندارد مرور مقالات علمی انجام شد. برای گردآوری داده‌ها از پایگاه‌های علمی معتبر مانند</span><b> </b><span dir="LTR">Scopus ,PubMed ,Web of Science </span><span lang="AR-SA">و</span><span dir="LTR">PsycINFO</span> &nbsp;<span lang="AR-SA">استفاده شد.</span><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:black"> فرآیند انتخاب مطالعات، براساس دستورالعمل‌های</span></span> <span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black">PRISMA</span></span> <span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:black">انجام شد که نسخه به‌روز شده آن در سال </span></span><span lang="FA"><span style="color:black">۲۰۲۰</span></span><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:black"> منتشر شده است.</span></span><b><span dir="LTR"><span style="line-height:115%"></span></span></b></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA">یافته‌ها:</span></b> <span lang="AR-SA">یافته‌های حاصل از ادبیات نظری و تجربی نشان می‌دهد که تفسیرهای جبری‌گرایانه از قضا و قدر، اغلب با افزایش درماندگی آموخته‌شده، اضطراب، و افسردگی همراه است. در مقابل، باور به اختیار و مسئولیت فردی موجب افزایش تاب‌آوری روان‌شناختی، خودکارآمدی، و کاهش آسیب‌پذیری روانی می‌شود. همچنین بررسی آموزه‌های دینی، به‌ویژه در سنت اسلامی، نشان می‌دهد جهان هستی نظامی پویا و سیال دارد و هر موجودی در مسیر تحول و تکامل خویش، با اختیار خود در تعیین سرنوشتش نقش دارد، در حالی که این اختیار نیز در چهارچوب نظام کلی قضا و قدر الهی قرار ‌می‌گیرد.</span> <span lang="AR-SA">که قضا و قدر لزوماً نفی‌کننده اختیار نیست، بلکه می‌تواند با مسئولیت‌پذیری تلفیق شود و چارچوبی معناگرا برای مواجهه با رنج فراهم آورد.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><b><span lang="AR-SA">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></b> </span></span></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" style="font-family:" zar=""><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:12px;">بر این اساس، نگرش تعادلی میان قضا و قدر و اختیار، رویکردی سازنده در تبیین، پیشگیری و مداخله در حوزه اختلالات روان‌شناختی به شمار می‌آید</span></span></span> </span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:12.0pt"></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp;</div> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:2;"><b><span style="color:black">Introduction:</span></b><span style="color:black"> The predestination has always been one of the most important topics in the field of Islamic philosophy, mysticism. This issue not only has a special place in the theoretical and abstract space, but also a profound impact on human understanding of existence, destiny, and his relationship with God. </span><br> <b><span style="color:black">Aim:</span></b><span style="color:black"> This study examined the impact of belief in fate and destiny&mdash;as manifestations of divine knowledge&mdash;and perceived agency on individuals&#39; mental health.</span><span style="color:black"></span><br> <b><span style="color:black">Materials:</span></b> <span style="color:black">This systematic review followed established protocols for reviewing scientific literature. Data were collected from scientific databases, including Web of Science, PubMed, Scopus, and PsycINFO. Study selection adhered to the PRISMA 2020 guidelines.</span><br> <b><span style="color:black">Results:</span></b> <span style="color:black">Findings from the theoretical and empirical literature indicated that coercive interpretations of fate and destiny are often associated with increased learned helplessness, anxiety, and depression. In contrast, beliefs in personal agency and responsibility increase psychological resilience, self-efficacy, and reduce psychological vulnerability. Moreover, an examination of religious teachings&mdash;particularly within the Islamic tradition&mdash;reveals that the universe operates within a dynamic and fluid system. Within this framework, each being contributes to the course of its own evolution and development through the exercise of free will. However, this free will functions within the broader system of divine destiny and predestination.
