Terms and vocabulary were culturalized. The questionnaire was distributed to 200 people for response. Then, the reliability of the questionnaire was conducted through Cronbach&#39;s alpha internal consistency and test-retest. Also, confirmatory and exploratory factor analysis was used to assess the construct validity.</span></span></span></span></p> <p style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><strong><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif">Findings:</span></span></strong><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif"> The results of factor analysis showed that Cronbach&#39;s alpha for the main factor of the Childhood Environmental Risks Questionnaire was 0.82. Also, by conducting a test-retest, a correlation coefficient of 0.82 was obtained at a significance level of 0.99. The concurrent validity of this questionnaire with the Health Promoting Lifestyle Questionnaire was obtained as a correlation coefficient of 0.78 at a significance level of 0.99. The results showed that there were eleven strong significant factors with eigenvalues ​​higher than one in this scale, which together explain 82.69% of the total variance. The chi-square ratio is 1.95. The goodness-of-fit index indicates the relative size of the variances and covariances explained by the model, which are here 0.91 and 0.90, respectively.</span></span></span></span></p> <p style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><strong><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif">Conclusion:</span></span></strong><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif"> The Arizona Life History Battery questionnaire, which became the internal norm, has good validity and reliability.
