fa نقش واسطه اجتناب تجربه‌ای در رابطه بین عدم تحمل ابهام و نشانه‌های وسواس فکری و عملی The mediating role of experiential avoidance in the relationshipbetween intolerance of uncertainty and obsessive-compulsive symptoms تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div>مقدمه: باتوجه‌به شیوع بالای اختلال وسواس فکری - عملی، بررسی مکانیسم‌های روان‌شناختی زمینه‌ساز علائم آن ضروری است.  هدف: این پژوهش باهدف تعیین نقش واسطه اجتناب تجربه‌ای در رابطه بین عدم تحمل ابهام و نشانه‌های وسواس فکری و عملی انجام شد. روش: روش پژوهش از نوع همبستگی مبتنی بر مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل کلیه دانشجویان مشغول به تحصیل در دانشگاه اردکان در سال تحصیلی ۱۴۰۲ - ۱۴۰۳ بود. نمونه پژوهش شامل ۳۴۲ نفر از دانشجویان بود که به شیوه نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. برای جمع‌آوری دادها از پرسش‌نامه‌های وسواس فکری - عملی مادزلی، عدم تحمل ابهام کارلتون و پذیرش و عمل بوند استفاده شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS26 و AMOS24 تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها: عدم تحمل ابهام بر اجتناب تجربه‌ای تأثیر مستقیم و مثبت (001/0> P و ۸۴۸/۰ =β) و اجتناب تجربه‌ای بر وسواس تأثیر مستقیم و مثبت (001/0> P و ۷۲۵/۰=β) دارد. تأثیر مستقیم عدم تحمل ابهام بر وسواس معنی‌دار نبود (798/0> P و ۰۳۳/۰ =β). نقش واسطه اجتناب تجربه‌ای در رابطه بین عدم تحمل ابهام و وسواس معنی‌دار است. (001/0> P و ۶۱۵/۰=β) .نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد اجتناب تجربه‌ای رابطه بین عدم تحمل ابهام و علائم وسواس فکری عملی را میانجی‌گری می‌کند. پیشنهاد می‌شود، در مداخلات درمانی جهت بهبود نشانه‌های وسواس فکری و عملی به عدم تحمل ابهام مرتبط با اجتناب تجربه‌ای توجه شود. </div> Introduction: Given the high prevalence of obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), it is essential to investigate the underlying psychological mechanisms contributing to its symptoms. Aim: The present study aimed to investigate the mediating role of experiential avoidance in the relationship between intolerance of uncertainty and obsessive-compulsive symptoms. Methods: This correlational study employed structural equation modeling. The statistical population of this study included all students studying at Ardakan University between 2023-2024 academic year. The research sample consisted of 342 students, selected using convenience sampling. Data were collected using the Maudsley Obsessive–Compulsive Inventory, Carleton’s Intolerance of Uncertainty Scale, and Bond’s Acceptance and Action Questionnaire. Analyses were conducted using SPSS 26 and AMOS 24. Results: Intolerance of uncertainty had a direct, positive effect on experiential avoidance (β = 0.848, p < 0.001), and experiential avoidance had a direct, positive effect on obsessive–compulsive symptoms (β = 0.725, p < 0.001). The direct effect of intolerance of uncertainty on obsessive–compulsive symptoms was not significant (β = 0.033, p = 0.798). Experiential avoidance significantly mediated the relationship between intolerance of uncertainty and obsessive–compulsive symptoms (β = 0.615, p < 0.001). Conclusion: Experiential avoidance significantly mediates the association between intolerance of uncertainty and obsessive–compulsive symptoms.
