fa طراحی و تدوین استراتژی های آموزشی مبتنی بر رویکرد شناختی به منظور مقابله با مصرف داروهای غیرمجاز در باشگاه های بدن سازی کشور تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:black">مقدمه:</span></span></b><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:black"> امروزه ورزش به عنوان یک پایه بین المللـی در سراسـر جهـان از طرفی سوء مصرف داروها و مکمـلهـا در ورزش مطرح است، از طرفی سوء مصرف داروها و مکمـل هـا در ورزش یکی از معضلاتی است که جوامع کنونی بـا آن روبـرو هسـتند.</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black"></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA">هدف:</span></b> <span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:black">تحقیق پیش رو با هدف طراحی و تدوین استراتژی های آموزشی مبتنی بر رویکرد&nbsp; شناختی به منظور مقابله با مصرف داروهای غیرمجاز در باشگاه های بدن سازی کشور انجام گرفت.</span></span><span lang="FA"><span style="color:black"></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA">روش:</span></b> <span lang="FA"><span style="color:black">پژوهش حاضر پژوهشی توصیفی از نوع همبستگی و مبتنی بر مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری است و از لحاظ هدف نیز جزء تحقیقات کاربردی محسوب می&shy;شود. </span></span><span lang="AR-SA">جامعه آماری پژوهش </span><span lang="FA">شامل کلیه مدرسان فدراسیون بدنسازی و پرورش اندام کشور و اساتید علوم ورزشی آگاه به موضوع پژوهش بود و</span><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:black"> حجم نمونه با استفاده از </span></span><span lang="FA"><span style="color:black">نرم&shy;افزار جی پاور نسخۀ 1/3 ، 402 نفر </span></span><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:black">به دست آمد.</span></span><span lang="FA"> از این&shy;رو،</span><span lang="FA"> تعداد 450 پرسشنامه پخش شد و 408 نفر به پرسشنامه پژوهش به صورت صحیح پاسخ دادند. از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته به عنوان ابزار پژوهش استفاده شد. این پرسشنامه شامل 26 گویه و 7 مؤلفه با طیف لیکرتی 5 گزینه&shy;ای(کاملا موافقم تا کاملا مخالفم) بود</span><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:black">. پس از تائید </span></span><span lang="AR-SA">روایی پرسشنامه ها به کمک </span><span lang="FA">8 نفر از اساتید و متخصصان امر</span><span lang="AR-SA">، پایایی آن نیز با محاسبه ضریب آلفای کرونباخ به تائید رسیده و از آن ها برای جمع آوری داده ها استفاده شد. به منظور تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌های گردآوری‌شده از روش‌های آمار توصیفی و استنباطی استفاده شد. در بخش آمار توصیفی از جدول و نمودارهای فراوانی و فراوانی نسبی </span><span lang="FA">ویژگی های جمعیت شناختی مشارکت کنندگان تحقیق</span><span lang="AR-SA">، میانگین و انحراف معیار استفاده شد. در بخش آمار استنباطی به منظور بررسی </span><span lang="FA">مدل پژوهش </span><span lang="AR-SA">از تحلیل معادلات ساختاری با کمک نرم افزار </span><span dir="LTR">Smart</span><span dir="LTR">PLS</span><span lang="FA"> نسخه 4 استفاده شد. <span style="color:black"></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA">یافته‌&shy;ها:</span></b> <span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:black">نتایج تحلیل داده های </span></span><span lang="FA"><span style="color:black">تحقیق </span></span><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:black">نشان داد که</span></span> <span lang="FA"><span style="color:black">محتوای آموزش شناختی، سبک رهبری شناختی، کسب اطلاعات، انتشار اطلاعات، حذف اطلاعات، روش&shy;های آموزش با رویکرد شناختی و منابع انسانی در آموزش با رویکرد شناختی از استراتژی های آموزشی مبتنی بر رویکرد&nbsp; شناختی به منظور مقابله با مصرف داروهای غیرمجاز در باشگاه های بدن سازی کشور است. </span></span></span></span><br> <b><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA">نتیجه&shy;‌گیری: </span></b><span dir="RTL" lang="FA"><span style="color:black">با توسعه دانش شناختی ورزشکاران این حوزه، آنها را متقاعد به دوری و اجتناب از مصرف این مکمل ها نمود و لذا برای توسعه دانش شناختی می بایست برنامه ریزی جامعی در خصوص طراحی محتوای دانش شناختی، تربیت نیروی انسانی خبره در این حوزه &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;و توجه به دانش و آگاهی مربیان و مسئولین این حوزه نمود.</span></span></span></span></span>&nbsp;</div> <p><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><b>Introduction:</b> Today, sports are considered as an international foundation all over the world, on the one hand, the abuse of drugs and supplements in sports, on the other hand, the abuse of drugs and supplements in sports is one of the problems that today&#39;s societies are facing. <b><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"></span></b><br> <b>Aim:</b><span style="background:white"><span style="color:#222222"> The present research aimed to design and develop cognitive-based educational strategies to combat illicit drug use in bodybuilding clubs of the country. </span></span>&nbsp;<span style="background:white"><span style="color:#222222"></span></span><br> <b>Method:</b> <span style="background:white"><span style="color:#222222">This study is a descriptive-correlational research based on structural equation modeling and is also considered an applied research in terms of objectives. The statistical population of the study included all instructors of the country&#39;s bodybuilding and fitness federation and sports science professors knowledgeable about the research topic, and the sample size was determined to be 402 using G*Power version 1.3. Accordingly, 450 questionnaires were distributed, and 408 respondents correctly completed the research questionnaire. The researcher-made questionnaire was used as the research tool, consisting of 26 items and 7 components with a 5-point Likert scale (completely agree to completely disagree). After confirming the validity of the questionnaires with the help of 8 experts and specialists, their reliability was also confirmed by calculating Cronbach&#39;s alpha coefficient, and they were used to collect data. Descriptive and inferential statistical methods were used to analyze the collected data. In the descriptive statistics section, frequency tables and charts, relative frequency, and population characteristics of the research participants were used, and mean and standard deviation were calculated. In the inferential statistics section, structural equation modeling using SmartPLS version 4 software was used to investigate the research model. </span></span><br> <b>Results:</b> <span style="background:white"><span style="color:#222222">The results of the data analysis showed that cognitive-based educational content, cognitive leadership style, information acquisition, dissemination of information, information deletion, cognitive-based teaching methods, and human resources in cognitive-based education are educational strategies to combat illicit drug use in bodybuilding clubs of the country.</span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><b>Conclusion:</b></span></span></span><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> By developing the cognitive knowledge of the athletes in this field, he convinced them to stay away and avoid the consumption of these supplements, and therefore, for the development of cognitive knowledge, a comprehensive planning regarding the design of cognitive knowledge content, the training of expert human resources in this field, and attention to knowledge and informed the trainers and officials of this field</span></span></span>.</span></span></span></span></span></p> رویکرد شناختی, ورزشکاران, داروی غیرمجاز, باشگاه ورزشی.
