fa بررسی رابطه هوش هیجانی با خودکار آمدی مربیگری و کمال‌گرایی مربیان مدارس فوتبال تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:3.0cm;"><strong>چکیده</strong></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:3.0cm;"><strong>مقدمه</strong><strong><span dir="LTR">:</span></strong> شناسایی مربیان کارآمد و توانا برای استعدادیابی نوآموزان و پرورش آنها از دغددهای اصلی باشگاه&shy;ها فوتبال بخصوص مدارس فوتبال می باشد.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:3.0cm;"><strong>هدف: </strong>بررسی رابطه بین هوش هیجانی ورزشی با خودکارآمدی&shy; مربیگری و کمال&shy;گرایی&shy; ورزشی مربیان مدارس فوتبال استان کردستان بود.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:3.0cm;"><strong>روش: </strong>روش پژوهش توصیفی همبستگی و جامعه آماری مربیان مدارس فوتبال استان کردستان، که به صورت تمام شمار 75 نفر انتخاب و روش آماری شامل آزمون کولموگروف - اسمیرنوف، ضریب همبستگی و رگرسیون خطی چند گانه در سطح 05/0&ge;<span dir="LTR">p</span> استفاده شد.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:3.0cm;"><strong>یافته ها:</strong> هوش هیجانی در ورزش مربیان با خودکارآمدی&shy; مربیگری و مولفه کمال&shy;گرایی &shy;ورزشی در ارتباط&shy;اند. همچنین هوش هیجانی مربیان پیش&shy; بینی مناسبی برای خودکارآمدی و کمال&shy;گرایی مربیان محسوب می&shy;شود.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:3.0cm;"><strong>نتیجه گیری: </strong>براساس یافته&shy; ها این پژوهش مربیانی که هوش هیجانی بالاتری دارند. از خودکارآمدی مربیگری و کمال&shy;گرایی بیشتری نیز برخوردارند؛ و می&shy;توان هوش هیجانی به عنوان متغییری اثر گذار در مربیگری مدارس فوتبال نام برد.&nbsp;</p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:3.0cm;"></p> <div>&nbsp; <hr align="left" size="1" width="33%" > <div id="ftn1"> <p><a href="#_ftnref1" name="_ftn1" title="">[1]</a>.
