Introduction: Drug addiction as a disease and one of the four major world crisis (Environmental crisis, poverty, nuclear threat and drugs). Purpose: study the relationship between Big Five Personality Factors and resiliency with addiction potential was a Students Azad University in Sanandaj. Methods: This study was a cross-sectional included 230 Degree and Master's degree psychology student at Azad University in Sanandaj In the 1393-1394 academic year who were selected through multi-stage cluster sampling. Data from the Big Five Personality Factors inventory (NEO-FFI), Resilience Corner and Davidson (CD-RIS) and the addiction potential scale (LAP) was in Ahvaz. Data using statistical software SPSS 16 and LISERL were analyzed. Results: The results showed that among the variables extroversion and conscientiousness are directly significant effect on addiction potential. also variables independent of endogenous variables (Resilience) are significant. Conclusion:The results of the study on the relationship between Big Five Personality Factors and resilience with addiction potential among students is consistent with the results of previous research. Therefore the results obtained in this study between the Big Five Personality Factors dimensions of extraversion and conscientiousness with resiliency and to prove addiction potential.
